Iori's Charisma is that of Obedience, which basically means that he willingly refers to himself as a slave, offers to have his housemates sign slave contracts, and insists on doing every single chore possible in the sharehouse he lives in. So mostly the slave thing is a big old red flag.
He struggles without direction or purpose, and for a chunk of his life, simply went along with what his family picked for him until he was told to choose for himself for once. So he realised that hey, he's actually empty inside with no real desires of his own bar his one choice: to serve others and find purpose in that servitude.
it's his raison d'être, and if being without it comes up in conversation, he'll also probably jovially state that without it, he might as well die. or that he'd gladly die for someone if they wanted him to! pretty sure he states that over and over in one of his character songs lmao
